Abe Markman

Abe Markman got his master’s degree in social work from NYU and spent his career finding creative methods and solutions involving youth and police behavior. He was the founder and former executive director of the Neighborhood Self-Help Older Persons Project in the South Bronx, and in 2010 was the recipient of the Community Service Award of the New York Society for Ethical Culture.
