Dena Heitfield Smith

Dena Heitfield Smith is a current graduate student at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Her goal is to explore the human connections to science in order to effectively promote science education. In 2015 she coordinated an evolution workshop at a local university, an experience that made her aware of how eager educators are to share science with the public.
