Howard B. Radest
Howard B. Radest, PhD, is dean emeritus of the Humanist Institute and a member of the Council of Ethical Culture Leaders. He is the former director of the Ethical Culture Fieldston School, and a former chair of the Columbia University Seminar on Moral Education. He serves on the advisory committee of the Kochhar Humanist Education Center and is listed in Who’s Who and Who’s Who in Education. His books include Can We Teach Ethics? (1989), Community Service: Encounter with Strangers (1993), and Ethics and Public Health in a Time of Terror (2006).
