Jonathan C. Petty
Jonathan C. Petty is an independent music-ologist, composer, and the author of the book Wagner’s Lexical Tonality and other scholarly articles. His musical works include Rabindra Sangeet (Symphony No. 1); Five Elements for woodwind quintet; Fantasy for flute, English horn, and bass clarinet; and Haru Same (In the Spring Rain) for oboe and violoncello. He currently resides with his wife Carmel in Big Run, Pennsylvania (population 612, including groundhogs).
