Lester R. Brown
Lester R. Brown is an environmental analyst, and the author or co-author of over fifty books on global environment issues. He founded the Worldwatch Institute and later the Washington, DC-based Earth Policy Institute. The recipient of twenty-six honorary degrees and a MacArthur Fellowship, Brown has been described by the Washington Post as “one of the world’s most influential thinkers.”
