Steven C. Lowe
Steven Lowe discovered humanism after his retirement from international business in 2001 and has been a humanist activist ever since. He serves on the Board of Directors of WASH, American Atheists, Inc., and the Center for Freethought Equity. Lowe also leads walking tours about Robert Ingersoll in Washington, DC. He grew up in rural Virginia and was a Peace Corps volunteer in Zaire (Congo) after graduating from the University of Virginia in 1972.
