Nicolaos S. Tzannes

Nicolaos S. Tzannes is a professor emeritus of electrical engineering at the University of Central Florida in Orlando. He is the author of Life Without God: A Guide to Fulfillment Without Religion and other books. “A Most Basic Human Right” was inspired by a real incident narrated via email by Stamatis Kampanis of Athens, Greece, and first appeared in Tzannes’ fiction collection, Irreligious, Sacrilegious and Other Tales (2012).
