William F. Schulz

William F. Schulz served as president of the Unitarian Universalist Association from 1985-1993 and was the executive director of Amnesty International USA from 1994-2006. He is the author of Tainted Legacy: 9/11 and the Ruin of Human Rights (2003) and has served on the boards of People for the American Way, Planned Parenthood Federation of America, and many other organizations. Currently Dr. Schulz is president and CEO of the Unitarian Universalist Service Committee, an adjunct professor of public administration at New York University, and an affiliated professor of preaching and public ethics at Meadville Lombard Theological School in Chicago.
