Cherrypicking Illustrated

A man tattooed his arm with a passage from Leviticus condemning gay relationships.  He must not have read far enough, though, because a later passage in Leviticus forbids getting tattoos… Can we say cherrypicking"?

Bill Donohue of the Catholic League is shocked — shocked! — that The Simpsons would question the civility of Holy Communion rituals. How dare anyone mock such a silly idea?

Barbara Bradley Hagerty Doesn't Know What She's Talking About  

An NPR reporter wrote a piece about the "rift" between atheists… a rift that no atheist really even knows about and that was the topic of discussion between a few people for only a few days. 

Dad Performs (and Botches) Circumcision on His Four Year-Old Son

A father tried to perform a circumcision on himself… and failed.  Then, he tried to perform the same barbaric ritual on his son.  You can guess how that turned out. The father's lawyer is saying his "client's religious motive negated any criminal intent."
