Message from the Editor: Happy Halloween!

We humanists don’t believe in the supernatural, but what’s not fun about celebrating Halloween and all its ghosts, ghouls, and goblins? If you still haven’t decided on a Halloween costume, check out Sean Mulligan’s How to Party Like a Humanist which we published earlier this year. Consider some of these well-known humanists: Charles Darwin (white beard, brown sport coat, a copy of Origin of the Species), Star Trek’s Spock (I’m sure his signature uniform can be found anywhere), or Natalie Portman (bonus points for an elaborate Queen Amidala or Black Swan ballerina costume).
